Housing Case Manager

PsychPros is is a nationally recognized leader in behavioral healthcare staffing and recruiting. We are currently hiring a Housing Case Manager to work full-time in Covington, KY.

Qualifications-

• Bachelor’s degree in social service related field is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in social service field is required.
• Driver's license and daily access to personal vehicle is required.

Pay-

• $20/hour

• Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

• Maintain caseload of up to 35 clients
• Develop appropriate case plans and goals for obtaining stable income and housing
• Provides on-going assessment and support to clients
• Help program participants utilize community resources to meet their individual needs
• Regularly conduct home visits with clients to review budget, bill paying, and review issues that impact income and housing
• Provide transportation for clients as needed
