Navesink Wellness Center is a well-established private mental health practice located in Rumson, New Jersey. We are seeking a skilled, dedicated clinician who is an excellent fit for our collaborative team culture. The ideal candidate has strong experience in the mental health field and is comfortable working with adults navigating occupational, academic, relational, and social stressors. Candidates should have clinical familiarity with a range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, and other common mental health challenges.

We are especially interested in clinicians with weekday afternoon and evening availability. Weekend availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients’ emotional, behavioral, and relational functioning
• Provide weekly therapeutic services within a private practice setting
• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and couples counseling
• Develop individualized treatment plans and update them as clinically appropriate
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all sessions and clinical interactions

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LSW, LCSW, LAC, or LPC license
• Strong clinical assessment and counseling skills
• Experience providing psychotherapy to adults; experience working with families or couples is a plus
• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities, including CBT and other therapeutic frameworks
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and ability to work collaboratively within a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
