Seeking MSW/LCSW for Paid External Practicum Supervision (Flexible & Remote)

Hello! My name is Eva, and I am an MSW student at the University of Pittsburgh seeking an experienced MSW or LCSW who can provide external practicum supervision for my Employment-Based Practicum starting this upcoming term.

I am developing a new program within my current agency, Yes Cargo Inc., focused on:

• Employee support & wellness
• Mental health resource navigation
• Immigrant worker advocacy
• Stress management & psychoeducation for drivers
• Community engagement and program development

This is a macro/mezzo-focused practicum, not clinical therapy, so any MSW degree holder is eligible.

• Weekly 1-hour supervision (remote via Zoom acceptable)
• Review of learning activities & practicum assignments
• Basic guidance on applying social work competencies in a non-traditional setting

• MSW (required)
• LCSW optional (not required)
• Experience in community work, case management, policy, program development, or organizational practice is a plus

I am able to offer paid supervision (rate negotiable based on experience).

• Starting: upcoming term (flexible)
• Hours: 1 hour/week (remote)
