BCBA Clinical Supervisor - Tarzana, California
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.; occasional weekend supervision
Setting: Home, center, and school-based ABA service environments
Job Summary:
Seeking a BCBA to provide high-quality ABA services for children with ASD and related developmental needs. The role includes conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, training staff and parents, supervising clinical teams, and ensuring consistent program quality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as primary/secondary supervisor on assigned cases.
Write and update behavior and skill-acquisition programs monthly.
Conduct assessments, write reports, and implement feedback within required timelines.
Provide individual and group parent training sessions.
Lead staff training, mentor Program Managers, and participate in evaluations.
Maintain documentation in Central Reach and OneDrive.
Coordinate care with other providers across home, center, and school settings.
Attend clinical and supervisory meetings; maintain regular communication with families.
Adhere to BACB ethical standards at all times.
Qualification, Licensure and Experience:
Active BCBA certification in good standing.
Experience supervising ABA programs in home, school, or center settings.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment.
Open to ongoing professional development; new graduates considered.
Ability to work across various settings and participate in active therapy sessions as needed.
