- Develop and implement evidence-based Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and conduct thorough Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to address complex student needs.
- Provide ongoing, tiered support and direct training to teachers and staff, ensuring intervention fidelity and building long-term capacity within the classrooms.
- Conduct comprehensive student and classroom observations to strategically assess behavior and optimize learning environments.
- Manage a diverse caseload, with assignments focused on immediate maternity leave coverage and a second assignment starting in December; both roles offer a strong possibility of extending through the end of the school year.
- Valid California Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (Required)
- Prior experience as a Behavior Specialist or Behavior Analyst (Preferred)
- Prepared to accept an immediate start date and work on assignments that vary in duration, demonstrating flexibility and commitment
