About Echo Ridge Wellness

Echo Ridge Wellness is a virtual outpatient mental health program supporting adults with anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction, and general emotional wellness. We focus on delivering compassionate, structured care remotely.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Client Care Coordinator/Case Manager to support our clients throughout their treatment journey. This role focuses on communication, scheduling, follow-ups, documentation, and helping clients stay on track in their program.

This position is remote, part-time, and ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and genuinely loves helping people.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client support and care coordination
• Conduct intake & orientation calls for new clients
• Assist clients with scheduling group and individual sessions
• Maintain updated client notes and case files
• Communicate with the clinical team about attendance, progress, or concerns
• Support clients with referrals, resources, and follow-up needs
• Monitor attendance, compliance, and progress in the program
• Provide general case management support under supervision of licensed clinicians

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in mental health, case management, or client support (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
• Compassionate, patient, and comfortable speaking with clients
• Familiar with telehealth platforms (Zoom, SimplePractice, etc.) is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required

Schedule

• 10–20 hours per week
• Flexible part-time schedule
• Some evening availability preferred
