We’re wondering if you might be the next addition to our thriving team? We’re expanding and have an immediate opening for an experienced medical admin - and all round fantastic person - to join our Front Desk team.
- Ensure a welcoming and stream-lined experience for patients visiting our clinic by providing warm, clear, and reliable support they can trust.
- Support Front Desk with scheduling, shipping, billing, and records requests.
- Assist our Lab Tech with shipping test kits, uploading lab reports, and setting up specialty lab accounts.
- Provide back-up coverage for our virtual Patient Care Coordinators and serve as their on-site representative by clarifying patient treatment plans, maintaining electronic files, and submitting orders for prescriptions, supplements, labs, and recommended services.
