Location: home-based, Bay Discovery Bay
Compensation: $35–$40 per hour
Shifts: part-time Shift needed 15 hours a week. 3:00 PM -7 PM or 8 PM based on the client's needs every Tuesday and Thursday, and needs help on the weekends if possible.
About the Case:

- Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed by a BCBA
- Ensure client safety and de-escalate aggressive or unsafe behavior
- Accurately document session notes and incident reports
- Collaborate with facility staff and clinical team
RBT certification or strong experience in behavior support/crisis intervention
- Ability to manage high-intensity behaviors professionally and safely
- Male candidates are preferred due to the client’s specific needs
- Must be reliable, patient, and physically capable of managing aggressive episodes
- Livescan, CPR, and TB clearance required (or willingness to obtain quickly)
