A full-time School Psychologist position is available to support a K-12 student population across three school sites in Citrus Heights, CA. This contract role runs from December 1, 2025, through June 10, 2026, covering a caseload of approximately 70 students. The position requires an itinerant schedule, traveling between two elementary schools and one combined middle/high school campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students across preschool through grade 12.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Provide consultation and intervention services targeting academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 70 students while navigating itinerant responsibilities across three locations.
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling requirements to accommodate site visits and service delivery throughout the week.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid School Psychologist credential or license appropriate for the state of California.
  • Experience serving diverse K-12 populations in a school setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites with effective time and travel scheduling.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, families, and students.
  • Knowledge of best practices in psychoeducational assessment and intervention.

Location and Schedule:

  • Position based in Citrus Heights, CA with service across three school sites (two elementary, one combined middle/high school).
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Contract duration from December 1, 2025, to June 10, 2026.
  • Flexible scheduling required due to the itinerant nature of the assignment.
