Fr333 Yourself Recovery is a residential dual diagnosis treatment center serving adults with mental health and substance use disorders. We are looking for a licensed Therapist to provide clinical assessments, individual and group therapy, and treatment planning for residents in our program. This role supports the clinical team and ensures high-quality, ethical, and effective care.
Responsibilities
- Provide weekly individual therapy to assigned residents
- Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational groups as scheduled
- Conduct family or couples sessions when indicated in the treatment plan
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments, ASAM evaluations, and intake assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and complete regular updates
- Monitor and document resident progress in accordance with licensing standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning meetings
- Communicate with staff to coordinate care and support resident treatment goals
- Maintain accurate and complete clinical records
- Attend staff meetings, clinical supervision, and training sessions
- Follow all ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications
- Active California license required: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist
- At least 1 year of experience in substance use, mental health, or dual diagnosis treatment
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Narcan training (or willingness to complete upon hire)
- ASAM training preferred
- Current TB test
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work professionally in a multidisciplinary team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
