Clinical Supervisor - LCSW, LMFT, LPCC

Fr333 Yourself Recovery is a residential dual diagnosis treatment center serving adults with mental health and substance use disorders. We are looking for a licensed Therapist to provide clinical assessments, individual and group therapy, and treatment planning for residents in our program. This role supports the clinical team and ensures high-quality, ethical, and effective care.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual therapy to assigned residents
• Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational groups as scheduled
• Conduct family or couples sessions when indicated in the treatment plan
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments, ASAM evaluations, and intake assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and complete regular updates
• Monitor and document resident progress in accordance with licensing standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning meetings
• Communicate with staff to coordinate care and support resident treatment goals
• Maintain accurate and complete clinical records
• Attend staff meetings, clinical supervision, and training sessions
• Follow all ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements

Qualifications

• Active California license required: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist
• At least 1 year of experience in substance use, mental health, or dual diagnosis treatment
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Narcan training (or willingness to complete upon hire)
• ASAM training preferred
• Current TB test
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work professionally in a multidisciplinary team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
