Virtual Psychiatric Care is a growing national telehealth company providing access to quality psychiatric services. We are looking to contract with experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and PAs who value their independence or may be looking to grow their private practice. Competitive per visit payments with full administrative support available. We also guarantee compensation for "No-Show" visits. As a telepsychiatry platform serviced by NPs and PAs, you will find Virtual Psychiatric Care to be a supportive environment, putting quality care at the forefront. Looking for experienced providers licensed in a minimum of 4 or more states.

Requirements for Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-1099 Contractor

● Must have active unencumbered PMHNP licenses in at least 4 states including Utah.

● Bilingual in Spanish and English (able to provide care in both languages).

● Required Education/Certification: MSN; Board-Certification in PMHNP-BC-Across the lifespan or PA-C-Psychiatry certified

● Comfortable with prescribing psychotropic medication-Across the lifespan.

● Have an active DEA license

● Maintains own malpractice insurance coverage-1/3mil coverage

● Cover own collaborating physician as applicable (Have very affordable collab md available if needed)

● Knowledgeable in treating anxiety and depression.

● Telehealth experience preferred; Comfortable working independently

● Minimum 1 year outpatient/telehealth experience required

● Minimal computer navigation skills – Navigate Basic EMR system

● Own quality computer with video-webcam capabilities; maintain good internet connection.

Schedule

● Based on your availability-Minimum 8-12 hrs weekly -Any day/eve Monday thru Saturday, with option of adding more slots with growing caseload.

Responsibilities

● Conduct up to 45 minute psychiatric evaluation sessions, remotely, through

HIPAA-compliant video from the comfort of your home

● Conduct 10-15 minute follow-up medication management sessions over

HIPAA-compliant video & telephonic communication
