We’re seeking passionate, experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our Telehealth ABA team serving clients across North Carolina. Telehealth BCBA Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills evaluations (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) through secure telehealth platforms
• Develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs
• Supervise, train, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) providing direct ABA services both virtually and in hybrid formats
• Collect, analyze, and interpret client data to ensure measurable progress
• Provide parent and caregiver coaching virtually to promote consistency and skill generalization at home
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethics standards, CelebrateYou ABA policies, and telehealth best practices
• Collaborate closely with families, BCBAs, and clinical team members across multiple regions

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience providing ABA services via telehealth preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication, time management, and technology skills
• Passion for helping children with autism succeed through evidence-based, family-centered care
