We are rapidly growing and are seeking two exceptional Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our world-renowned team of practitioners. What You’ll Do
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of top physicians, psychologists, and wellness experts.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans for high-net-worth clientele.
  • Maintain the highest ethical and confidentiality standards in every interaction.
  • Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, empathy, and continuous improvement.


What We’re Looking For
  • Active California LMFT license in good standing.
  • Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in addiction, trauma, or dual-diagnosis treatment.
  • Exceptional therapeutic presence, insight, and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience working with discerning or executive-level clientele is a plus.
  • A commitment to professional growth and delivering transformative care.


Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Relationship Counseling and Family Therapy
  • Experience in Counseling and providing direct mental health support
  • Strong knowledge of Psychology and Mental Health principles
  • Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in the state of California
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a hybrid setting
  • Previous experience working with individuals dealing with addiction or stress is a plus
  • Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
