We are rapidly growing and are seeking two exceptional Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our world-renowned team of practitioners. - Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of top physicians, psychologists, and wellness experts.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans for high-net-worth clientele.
- Maintain the highest ethical and confidentiality standards in every interaction.
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, empathy, and continuous improvement.
- Active California LMFT license in good standing.
- Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in addiction, trauma, or dual-diagnosis treatment.
- Exceptional therapeutic presence, insight, and emotional intelligence.
- Experience working with discerning or executive-level clientele is a plus.
- A commitment to professional growth and delivering transformative care.
- Proficiency in Relationship Counseling and Family Therapy
- Experience in Counseling and providing direct mental health support
- Strong knowledge of Psychology and Mental Health principles
- Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in the state of California
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently in a hybrid setting
- Previous experience working with individuals dealing with addiction or stress is a plus
- Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
