Early Childhood - LCSW

San Mateo, San Francisco, CA - Must be able to travel to Marin occasionally

Full-Time, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

$100k-$120k + Stipends for travel, cell phone & internet


Role Summary:

We are actively interviewing for a full-time LCSW to join our team in San Mateo and San Francisco, California. This role offers a unique opportunity to support children with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs through expert psychological services, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and the development of impactful intervention plans.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral health services and assessments for children ages 0–5, including identifying developmental delays and supporting early intervention.
  • Conduct assessments using standardized tools such as DAYC, Vineland, ABAS, and HELP, and complete accurate documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with families, social workers, and interdisciplinary specialists to develop and implement individualized support plans.
  • Deliver services in natural environments including homes, community settings, and clinic offices across San Mateo, San Francisco and occasionally Marin County.
  • Support families of infants and toddlers by offering guidance, education, and strategies to address developmental and behavioral challenges.
  • Conduct initial ABA treatment plan assessments and assist in designing effective behavioral interventions.


Required Qualifications:

  • Active LCSW licensure
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required).
  • Experience working with children ages 0–5, including infants and toddlers, and supporting families in early childhood behavioral health.
  • Knowledge and experience using developmental assessment tools such as DAYC, Vineland, ABAS, and HELP.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between offices in San Mateo, San Francisco and Marin, as well as conduct home and community-based visits.
