Associate Marriage and Family Therapist

Associate Job Description:

• Provide psychotherapy in our office in Valley Village and/or Tarzana, as well as via Telehealth using a variety of treatment modalities including but not limited to psychodynamic, systems, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and CBT.
• Individual supervision provided by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and/or Psychologists. Weekly group supervision is provided by additional licensed clinicians to allow for a variety of perspectives.
• NO MARKETING REQUIRED! All clients will be provided.
• All hours paid with no differential between clinical and administrative. 
• Set your own schedule! We book based on your provided availability.

MUST HAVES:

• MUST have a valid Associate number.
• Must be willing to come into the office at least three day per week to see clients, and for necessary in-person supervision.
• Must be able to provide proof of vaccination if hired.
• Must be available at least 2 evenings per week until 7 or 8 pm (OR one evening and Saturdays).
• Grasp of basic technology, including but not limited to: Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive and Teams.
• Experience and comfortability with Telehealth services.
• Passion for mental health and helping people.
• A great attitude!

NICE TO HAVE:

Experience with online platforms (specifically Jane)

Bilingual or multilingual (Spanish, Farsi, Armenian)

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
