Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Part-time/Full-time

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical documentation, patient assessment, and behavioral therapy. This role requires a compassionate leader who can effectively manage clinical staff while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical records.

Duties

• Supervise and support clinical staff in providing exceptional patient care.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs.
• Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure accurate medical documentation and maintain up-to-date medical records.
• Collect and analyze data related to patient outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Provide training and guidance on best practices for working with individuals with disabilities.
• Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in clinical supervision or a similar role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and patient care standards.
• Experience in diagnostic evaluation, behavioral therapy, and patient assessment.
• Proficient in data collection methods and analysis related to patient care.
• Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Pay: $40.00 - $57.00 per hour
