Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical documentation, patient assessment, and behavioral therapy. Duties
- Supervise and support clinical staff in providing exceptional patient care.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs.
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure accurate medical documentation and maintain up-to-date medical records.
- Collect and analyze data related to patient outcomes and program effectiveness.
- Provide training and guidance on best practices for working with individuals with disabilities.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss patient progress and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in clinical supervision or a similar role within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and patient care standards.
- Experience in diagnostic evaluation, behavioral therapy, and patient assessment.
- Proficient in data collection methods and analysis related to patient care.
- Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Pay: $40.00 - $57.00 per hour
