At Behavior Therapy Clinic (BTC), we specialize in school-based programs, working closely with educators, families, and support teams to create effective, individualized behavior interventions that support student success both inside and outside the classroom.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated BCBA to join our dynamic team in West & South Los Angeles. This full-time role focuses on school-based ABA services to help students achieve their full potential in academic and social settings. As a BCBA, you'll collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), ensuring measurable progress and a positive learning experience for every student.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Supervise school-based ABA programs, ensuring they are tailored to each student’s unique needs.
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments to guide intervention strategies.
Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to provide consistent support across all environments.
Monitor and track student progress through data collection, ensuring effective implementation of programs.
Prepare progress reports and participate in IEP meetings to discuss student development.
Train and mentor teachers and support staff in the use of evidence-based behavioral strategies.
Maintain clear communication with school teams, families, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

BCBA Certification (Required)
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
ABA coursework completion at the university level
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising ABA programs
School-based experience preferred, with a focus on academic and behavioral interventions
