Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Consultant to join our team at our Adult Day Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavioral plans, and implementing interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will be crucial in guiding our approach to patient care.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify behavioral needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on data collection and analysis.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records and intake forms.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and techniques.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
Skills
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Experience working with individuals, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Ability to collect and analyze data effectively for patient assessment.
- Knowledge of special education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with behavioral health concepts and patient care strategies.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $60.00 per hour
