Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the remainder of the 2025-2026 academic year, from February through June 2026, covering a maternity leave. This role is based onsite at a K-12 school in Cambridge, MA, providing direct psychological services to students in a dynamic educational setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral interventions.
- Providing counseling and crisis intervention as needed.
- Supporting the school community through consultation, prevention, and wellness activities.
- Ensuring compliance with educational laws and district policies related to special education and student mental health.
Qualifications:
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
- Experience working with K-12 students in school settings.
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and special education regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
