Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role is ideal for a licensed professional, who is passionate about delivering therapeutic interventions in a dynamic, holistic, multidisciplinary setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health and substance use disorder services. This role involves overseeing clinical staff, ensuring high-quality care delivery, and fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff. The Clinical Supervisor will play a pivotal role in implementing effective treatment strategies and enhancing the overall therapeutic experience.
What You’ll Do
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will lead, mentor, and support a team of clinicians working in Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for both Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders. This role involves:
- Providing individual and group supervision to clinicians and case managers.
- Conduct regular reviews of clinical records to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
- Facilitating group and individual client sessions, as well as Intake Assessments
- Develop treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff on best practices in mental health and substance use disorder treatment and crisis management.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring effective communication among all team members.
- Managing crises and implementing intervention strategies.
- Collaborating with referring providers and partner agencies.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Licensure: Active LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent in California.
- Experience:
- At least five years in clinical practice.
- Two or more years in a supervisory role.
- Experience with substance use disorders preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of work.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
