Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations
Provide individual and group counseling to support student needs
Develop and implement targeted intervention plans
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP and 504 plan development and meetings
Monitor student progress and adjust supports as necessary
Assist with crisis intervention and behavioral management
Support school-wide mental health and wellness initiatives
Qualifications
Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
Valid Illinois Professional Educator's License
Experience in K12 educational settings preferred
Strong skills in assessment, consultation, and intervention planning
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
