At 2020 Behavior, we cut out the bureaucracy to preserve conceptual integrity in our practice. This company was founded and is run by BCBAs who decided that there had to be a better way to achieve meaningful change.

We’re not looking for a "manager" or a "supervisor." We’re looking for a fellow BCBA ready to own their cases and focus on procedural fidelity in the South Bay.

Clinical Quality & Ethical Caseloads

• The Caseload: This is the game-changer. You are the only clinician for an average of 2 clients.
• This is 50% lower than the BACB’s lowest ethical standard for comprehensive treatment. We want you doing effective, intensive work, not just contact hours.
• No managing a dozen RBTs. This is about being the primary interventionist and running your own programming.
• The Focus: The expectation is deep, function-based work. We support specialized training (e.g., PFA/SBT, FCT development) because we want you running your own support plans.
• Minimal Admin Load: You do up to 1 hour of admin per week (if any). That’s it. Your job is not filing paperwork or juggling overlaps; it’s behavior analysis.
• Zero Weekends.

Compensation & Sustainability (The Reinforcers)

• Premium Pay: Your hourly rate starts at $77/hour. This is a single, unified rate for all time—direct service, indirect work, and caregiver meetings.
• True Earnings: Our full-time model is built for sustainability, not burnout.
• Over the course of 1 year, the typical schedule averages 24 direct clinical hours per week (accounting for holidays and cancellations), contrasting sharply with the 40+ billable hours often expected in salaried positions.
• Average gross earnings from Nov 2024- Nov 2025: $117K. This is at least 10% above the Bay Area average for the field.
• Max gross earnings from Nov 2024- Nov 2025: $144K. You can be among the top 10% of earners while maintaining ethical caseloads. We know you live in Silicon Valley and we care about your quality of life.
• Late Cancellations Covered: If a client cancels a session, you are paid the same rate. Stability is not a variable here.

Growth and Peer Review

• Coaching: We provide a dedicated, covered 1:1 monthly coach. This is peer support program designed for your clinical shaping, regardless of your years of experience.
• Expert CEUs: We host renowned speakers (Dr. Hanley, Dr. LeBlanc, Dr. Bailey - to new a few!). Access to unlimited CEUs through CentralReach, and we cover stipends for external Professional Development.
• Team: Join seasoned BCBAs in NorCal for research projects, Journal Club, and curriculum development. We all elevate each other's conceptual integrity.
