Job Description:
The Appointment Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for managing and scheduling service appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both customers and service technicians. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with scheduling service appointments via phone, email, or in-person.
- Coordinate service schedules with technicians to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of customer appointments and service details.
- Communicate appointment details to customers and confirm appointments as needed.
- Answer general inquiries about services, promotions, and dealership policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and appointment scheduling software.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
