Golden Hour Psychology is a clinician-owned and clinician-run private practice in San Diego providing high-quality psychotherapy and psychological assessment. We’re building something lasting—a practice grounded in autonomy, mastery, and purpose.

We’re inviting pre-licensed clinicians (AMFT, ASW, APCC, or postdoc) who want to grow their skills in a supportive, well-organized, and genuinely human environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct psychological assessments (with full training and supervision)
• Participate in team meetings, peer consultations, and mentorship groups
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that values quality care and real connection

What You’ll Get

• Compensation: $35.98–$51.44/hr, based on experience and clinical focus
• Supervision: Paid, high-quality supervision from licensed psychologists

What We’re Looking For

• Registered as AMFT, ASW, APCC, or postdoc in California
• At least 2 years of psychotherapy experience
• Experience with adults — individuals, couples, families
• Committed to compassionate, evidence-based care
• Collaborative, open, and curious — you value autonomy, mastery, and purpose
