Bluebell ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst in North Carolina to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and providing high-quality behavioral analysis services.

The responsibilities of this role include managing the creation and execution of personalized treatment plans for children with ASD, offering supervision and mentorship to fellow ABA clinicians, and fostering close collaboration with families to ensure the success of each child. What You'll Do as our Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • The Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy for young children in a home and telehealth based setting
  • This position is flexible and will be approximately 75% remote and 25% in-home
  • Remote supervision will be conducted through high-quality video platform
  • Provide supervision to BTs/RBTs
  • Conduct assessments and reassessments
  • Conduct treatment planning sessions
  • Coordinate care with primary care physicians & other professionals
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate needed changes to team members and families
  • Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and coach and support them in their journey

What You Have as our Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification per NC state requirements
  • 2 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with ABA early intervention experience preferred
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field

  • Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing
  • Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $86,774.00 - $97,531.00 per year
