- Implement individuals’ medical and medication protocols in accordance with agency and MAP policies.
- Assist individuals to access and/or provide all needed transportation.
- Review and complete all required documentation.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
