As a Behavior Technician, you’ll receive comprehensive ABA training and implement personalized therapy programs designed by your Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervisor. You’ll play a vital role in helping clients reach their full potential while being part of a supportive team that values your growth and impact.
Pay: $20 - $28/ hour- pay based on experience

Responsibilities
- Build professional relationships with clients and families
- Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
- Communicate availability changes to the admin team at least 1 month in advance
- Implement ABA targets as trained and documented
- Complete session notes and data tracking accurately
- Maintain regular contact with your BCBA supervisor
- Apply supervisor feedback to improve service quality
- Follow all agency policies and procedures
- Attend required staff meetings, supervision, and training sessions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working with children (especially those with disabilities or behavioral challenges)
- Passion for helping kids with autism and developmental differences
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
- Valid California driver’s license and auto insurance
- Clean DOJ/FBI background check
- First Aid/CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- TB test and up-to-date immunization record (per company policy)
