HealthCare Recruiters International is currently seeking an Associate Mental Health Counselor / Associate Therapist - AMFT, APCC, ASW working towards their LCSW, LPCC, LMFT in the state of CA for a full-time or part-time, permanent opportunity to join an established and successful outpatient Sex Offender program in Salinas, CA. • AMFT, APCC, ASW works FT 4;10-hour shifts, no call (or)
• AMFT, APCC, ASW working PT (2;10-hour shifts) no call
• AMFT, APCC, ASW provides clinical assessment and treatment of sex offenders
• AMFT, APCC, ASW provides clinical services of non-offending relatives
• AMFT, APCC, ASW duties include case management
• AMFT, APCC, ASW maintains program documentation as required
• AMFT, APCC, ASW represents the agency as needed in the community
• AMFT, APCC, ASW participates in agency clinical meetings and staff meetings
• AMFT, APCC, ASW attends training, conferences, and workshops
• AMFT, APCC, ASW will become a CASOMB Apprentice Level within 2 weeks of start
• AMFT, APCC, ASW provides court testimony, if necessary
• AMFT, APCC, ASW is provided a 90-day built in training program including CASOMB supervision and Didactic Studies
• AMFT, APCC, ASW have the ability to specialize in Forensics in a supportive environment
• AMFT, APCC, ASW is given continuous growth opportunities

Mental Health Counselor - AMFT, APCC, ASW Requirements:

• Master’s Degree
• BBS Registration Required
• Bi-lingual Spanish bonus
• Ability to provide compassionate non-judgmental behavioral health

Mental Health Counselor - AMFT, APCC, ASW Compensation:

• 69K- 80K
• Bonus for bilingual Spanish
• 5K in-state relocation potential
• 30K in Loan Forgiveness
• Unlicensed Therapist that become Licensed paid exam fee + $2,500K Bonus
• Annual Review with increase in compensation
• 15 days PTO, Holidays, Health, Dental, Vision, 401K+Match, Continuing Education

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
