As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in helping children in North Carolina and Maryland move forward, glow brighter, and grow into their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.Responsibilities:Provide behavior analysis services to clients in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settingsDevelop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionalsConduct assessments, observations, and data collection to inform treatment decisionsAnalyze data to identify trends and patterns, and use this information to inform treatment modificationsCollaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive careMaintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and services providedRequirements:Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA or BCaBAAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly rate of $95-$110Opportunities for professional growth and developmentFlexible part-time and full-time scheduling optionsA supportive and collaborative work environmentA sign-on bonus for the right candidate!How to Apply:If you are a motivated and experienced BCBA looking for a new challenge, please apply to this exciting opportunity.
