About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll conduct assessments, design individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate closely with families to help children and young adults achieve meaningful progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA therapy programs.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA therapists.
- Provide ongoing parent training and support.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Quarterly performance-based bonuses
