Job Summary
We are a new and growing ABA provider seeking a part-time, home-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our expanding client base. This role is ideal for a BCBA who wants flexibility, low caseloads, and the ability to make a strong impact in a developing program. As we continue to grow, there will be opportunities to increase hours and advance within the organization.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs
- Monitor client progress and update programming as needed
- Maintain clear, timely documentation
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
- Ensure services follow ethical and clinical standards
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in home-based settings
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred but not required

Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week
