Position Summary

We are seeking a Behavioral Technician (also known as a Registered Behavior Technician – RBT) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data on client progress, and support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs as designed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate data on client behavior and program outcomes.
• Use positive reinforcement and other ABA techniques to encourage desired behaviors.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and supervision sessions.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred).
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• Strong communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, take feedback, and work as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check.

Schedule & Compensation

• Flexible scheduling ( part-time options available.
• Competitive hourly pay: $19-$25 / hour, based on experience and certification.
• Benefits may include: Sick Pay, 401K (after you have been with the company for 6 months or more).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
