Position Summary

We are currently seeking experienced Psychologists to perform one-time, in-person Behavioral Health Examinations for military Veterans and personnel as part of the disability assessment and Independent Medical Examination (IME) process. You will play a vital role in evaluating psychological health conditions and providing well-supported medical opinions related to service-connected impairments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial examinations.
• Administer and interpret psychological, cognitive, and developmental assessments.
• Review and synthesize medical and military service records.
• Conduct clinical interviews and face-to-face evaluations.
• Prepare clear, concise, and objective medical opinions based on clinical evidence.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with the VA, Federal, State, and Organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal clinical and administrative teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted psychologist license in the state of Texas.
• Extensive knowledge of psychological testing, including techniques, administration, and interpretation. Experience with IMEs or C&P exams preferred, but not required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
