Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Clinical Supervisor

Fox Therapy Services is seeking a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our tight-knit clinic in Westlake Village. Here, you’ll collaborate with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Myofunctional Therapists, Feeding Specialists, and RBTs to deliver cohesive, child-centered care.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop high-quality, individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs
• Monitor treatment integrity and client progress to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals
• Lead parent training and skill-building sessions
• Maintain documentation in full compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
• Foster an encouraging, growth-oriented learning environment for staff and clients

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification
• Strong communication and family-collaboration skills
• A coaching-first leadership style with patience, empathy, and professionalism
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based practice
• Passion for learning and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Growth-minded and excited to be part of a young, rapidly scaling program
