Group Facilitator Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Lead group activities
• Maintain documentation
• Ensure safety and respect for diversity
• Supervision provided for group and one-on-one hours

Qualifications:

• Registration/Certification in a related field
• 1+ years of experience with mental illness/substance abuse
• Valid California driver’s license and liability insurance
• Pass background and medical checks
• Must be available to work on holidays and peak seasonal periods

Skills:

• Group facilitation
• Documentation and computer skills
• Cultural and lifestyle diversity awareness

Schedule:

• Seasonal, with potential for longer-term placement based on performance
• Flexible scheduling: 6–10 hours/week to start
• Groups available Monday–Sunday
• Opportunities in both San Diego and Orange County
