What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes, schools, and community settings. You will work closely with a BCBA who will guide treatment goals and offer consistent supervision and support.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing direct 1:1 therapy using ABA strategies
- Following individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collecting accurate data during every session
- Supporting skill development in communication, play, social skills, and independence
- Collaborating professionally with families, schools, and your BCBA supervisor
- Assisting in progress updates and ongoing treatment planning

Preferred Background
- 1+ year of experience providing ABA therapy or working with individuals with autism
- Knowledge of reinforcement, prompting strategies, and data collection
- Comfort working in home or school environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- willingness to complete training if applying as BT is preferred
- Able to pass Live Scan, background check, and TB screening
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move comfortably between floor and seated positions
- Willingness to travel within a set service radius for client sessions
- Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting and standing) for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to sit on the floor for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to work in various environments to perform therapy such as home, schools, centers and community settings.
- Must be willing to drive within an agreed upon mile radius as needed for treatment of clients in the home, community and school settings
Schedule & Hours
- Part-time, hourly
- Hours vary by client needs and availability
- Afternoon/evening availability is ideal

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
