Pay Rate: $90,000-$93,000/year
Job Overview:
Are you passionate about working with individuals with disabilities? If so, we have the role for you! Join our dedicated team as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) where you will play a crucial role in overseeing behavior services in the Adult Day Programs. In this role you will design, implement, and maintain programs while collaborating with administration to ensure growth and sustainability. This role also includes staff training, behavior intervention, data analysis, and crisis support while fostering a safe and engaging environment for individuals served in the Adult Day Programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Adult Day Program Behavior Support Plans and Behavior Interventions
- Collaborate with Program Managers and Coordinators at each Adult Day Program to shape and direct the program with future growth and sustainability in mind
- Conduct monthly staff check-ins and gather feedback from staff about the program
- Complete 2 hours per month per individual with the service code 532 at the Adult Day Programs in Napa, Solano, Sonoma and Marin County
- Support special IDT meetings when Behavior Plans or intervention is needed for individuals
Requirements:
- Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Ability and desire to work independently and as a team member
- Extremely organized, accurate and detailed oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, upbeat and enthusiastic about working in a non-profit environment with individuals with disabilities
- Must have and maintain BCBA certification
- Experience working with children and young adults in education or behavioral settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- continuously meet BACB supervision/ethics requirements
- Cleared fingerprint/background test required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test required
- Negative TB test and medical examination required
- First Aid certified or willing to become certified required
- Ability to travel between counties required
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges preferred
