What You’ll Do:

As a Residential BCBA, you will play a vital role in shaping each client’s growth and daily success. You will:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans.
• Oversee and supervise residential behavior technicians and direct care staff to ensure consistent, compassionate implementation.
• Train and coach staff in functional communication, adaptive skills, and behavior reduction strategies.
• Collaborate with families, case managers, and interdisciplinary professionals to coordinate holistic care.
• Monitor treatment fidelity, analyze data, and make ongoing program adjustments to ensure measurable progress.
• Provide on-site crisis management and behavioral support within residential settings.
• Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to program development and staff training initiatives.

What You Bring:

• BCBA Certification
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Behavior Analysis)
• 2–3 years of hands-on ABA experience with children with autism
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience designing programs & training staff
• Proficiency in DTT, NET/NATS, and verbal behavior approaches
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, FBA, etc.)
Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
