Community Liaison (Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Some flexibility required)

About Hilltop Healthcare

Hilltop Healthcare is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Duluth, committed to providing high-quality care in a supportive and compassionate environment. As we continue to strengthen our presence in the community, we are seeking a driven and personable Community Liaison to expand our referral network and serve as the face of Hilltop Healthcare across Duluth and surrounding communities.

Position Overview

This role requires no less than 80% face-to-face interaction in the field.
You must be comfortable regularly visiting hospitals, clinics, senior service organizations, churches, and community partners.

This is not a work-from-home or office-based marketing role.
This position is sales-focused, emphasizing building and nurturing relationships—not simply designing flyers or posting on social media.

Approximately 20% of the role will include administrative updates, follow-up communication, and managing our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively develop and maintain relationships with local referral partners and community organizations.
• Promote Hilltop Healthcare’s services, capabilities, and specialty programs through direct outreach.
• Track outreach progress, referrals, and follow-up activity.
• Represent Hilltop Healthcare at community events, networking meetings, and outreach opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance Hilltop’s social media presence (approximately 20% of the role).

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sales, outreach, or business development background required.
• Confident, outgoing communicator who enjoys connecting with people.
• Ability to clearly explain services and build trust.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Healthcare or senior-care experience is helpful, but not required — we will train on the clinical details.
