Behavior Technician – Make a Daily Impact in Schools ??? Location: School-Based | Immediate Openings Available Pay: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)

Are you passionate about helping students thrive? As a school-based Behavior Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting students with special needs—guiding them through daily routines, reinforcing positive behaviors, and creating a safe, uplifting environment where they can succeed.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

• Assisting with individualized behavior and learning plans

• Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists

• Creating a calm, consistent, and inclusive learning environment

?? What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 6 months to 1 year of ABA experience required

• 2 years of pediatric experience preferred

• CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB clearance and health documentation (if applicable)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
