Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.


This full-time role involves working onsite in a specialized behavior program serving students from grades 1 through 12 who have faced challenges in their resident districts. The position requires a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential specific to Oregon and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students social and emotional well-being in a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling services tailored to students in the behavior program.
  • Develop and implement intervention plans to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and community resources to support student success.
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate case documentation in compliance with school policies.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to monitor student progress and adjust services accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Current Oregon LCSW licensure is required.
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in behavioral or clinical settings.
  • Strong assessment and counseling skills tailored to diverse student populations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.

Location: Albany, OR
Schedule: Full-time, onsite
Duration: Contract position for the current school year
