Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Compensation: $115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus full benefits.Responsibilities:

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
Deliver therapy services focused on recovery and well-being.
Coordinate care with other professionals for a comprehensive approach.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Effectively manage a full caseload.

Requirements

Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.
Strong communication skills and experience with solution-focused therapy.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
