Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled licensed therapists to join a nationwide network dedicated to delivering high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families. This role allows the candidate to focus entirely on providing therapy while receiving comprehensive administrative and professional support. Flexible scheduling is available, including telehealth sessions, with optional in-person appointments arranged by the provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain consistent, high-quality care by following standardized clinical measures to track client progress.
• Engage clients in measurement-informed practices, reviewing and completing clinical assessments as needed.
• Manage client caseload autonomously, including scheduling sessions and determining frequency of visits.
• Collaborate with a supportive community of clinicians through case consultations and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in California.
• Ability to provide telehealth services, with optional in-person sessions if desired.
• Strong commitment to delivering compassionate, client-centered care.
• Comfortable using electronic health records and participating in measurement-informed clinical practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with diverse populations across individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Interest in professional development and engagement with a nationwide provider community.
