What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others.
- Has experience in providing direct therapy services and enjoys working independently.
- Is self-motivated and committed to providing high-quality work.
- Stays up to date on best practices, especially those in Today’s ABA (HRE/Dr. Hanley’s model).
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality ABA Therapy to young autistic children.
- Collaborate with families and professionals to provide holistic care.
- No need to work with insurance providers—focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional ABA therapy.
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification
- Washington State Behavior Analyst License (LBA)
- CPR/First Aid certification
Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive Pay: $50 to $75 per hour for direct, billable work.
- Paid Sick Leave for all employees.
- Mileage reimbursement for travel if needed.

Part time position of 10 to 15 hours per week working with a young children in Snohomish / Lynwood area.

Hours
Mondays: 2:30 PM or later start time
Tuesdays: 4:00 PM start time
Wednesdays 2:30 PM or later start time
Thursdays: day off -OR- 5:00 PM start time
Fridays: 1:30 PM or later start time
