Psychiatric Social Worker (ACSW/AMFT) – Child & Youth FS
Field-Based | Los Angeles, CA (Beehive Location)
Do you have a passion for helping children, teens, and transitional-age youth overcome trauma and mental health challenges? We’re looking for compassionate Associate Clinicians (ACSW/AMFT) to join our Child & Youth field team. This role is designed for those who want to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people while building a strong foundation for their clinical career.
What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one therapy to children and youth ages 5–20, addressing issues such as trauma, PTSD, and behavioral health challenges.
- Support transitional-age youth (up to 20 years old) who may present with more severe mental health concerns.
- Deliver care in the community — visiting clients in homes, schools, or other supportive settings (mileage reimbursed).
- Participate in crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning.
- Work as part of a highly collaborative team, where clients receive 2–3 weekly touches from different professionals (social worker, case manager, psychiatrist, etc.).
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute toward a weekly quota of 35 billable service hours.

What We’re Looking For
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology.
- Active California BBS registration (ACSW or AMFT required; license eligible encouraged).
- Passion for working with children, adolescents, and transitional-age youth with complex behavioral health needs.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and crisis management skills.
- Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $30–$35/hr
- Mileage reimbursement for field work.

Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- 30-minute lunch break
