About Us

As a community-based organization, our child development hubs provide compassionate, high-quality care that supports each child’s growth and development. Our hubs across LA County are expanding, and we are looking for additional TLCer’s that are warm, outgoing, fun, vibrant, and professional to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our families of birth–5 kiddos, while assisting with the fun that is our clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Family experience
• Greet and assist with new family orientation
• Liaison for caregiver questions to provider cohorts
• 360° wellness monthly themes coordinator
  
  

Professionalism & Skills

• Intellectual agility – ability to learn, adapt and take initiative and problem solve ambiguity
• Customer service experience in healthcare that is relationship based
• Problem solving skills, and judgment
• Professional interaction with all team members - from clinical staff to management and leadership
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and independent reasoning skills
• Understanding and adherence to TLC policies, confidentiality standards, and professional conduct expectations
• Proficient in ability to learn new technology, to include all Microsoft products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  

Accountability

• Understand and uphold TLC’s standards for attendance, safety, punctuality, quality of work, and professional behavior
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a pediatric, healthcare, or therapy office preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
