Job Title: Sleep Care Advocate (Respiratory Therapist)Location: Hollywood, FL.Employment Type: PermanentAbout the RoleWe are looking for a compassionate and skilled healthcare professional to join a dedicated team in the sleep health sector. In this role, you will contribute to guiding patients through their sleep apnea journey, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and empowered. You will play a key role in interpreting home sleep test results, recommending appropriate therapy equipment, and delivering patient education.Responsibilities

Review home sleep test results, explain findings, and address patient questions with empathy and expertise.
Recommend CPAP, BiPAP, and related therapy equipment based on test results and physician directives.
Provide virtual consultations, demonstrations, and ongoing equipment support to patients.
Offer remote setup assistance, troubleshooting, and personalized follow-up to enhance therapy success.
Develop engaging video content for educational purposes and contribute to course content.
Review blog content for medical accuracy and reinforce credibility by appearing as "Medically Reviewed By".
Stay informed on sleep health research, DME product innovations, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with physicians, internal teams, and patients to ensure high-quality care.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the patient experience.

Requirements

Licensed Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) or Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT).
2–3 years of experience in DME or sleep lab titration.
Proficient in troubleshooting and fitting CPAP/BiPAP equipment.
Strong communication skills with a patient-focused and solution-oriented approach.
Comfortable on camera and able to explain complex topics clearly and engagingly.
Detail-oriented and meticulous when reviewing medical content.
Adaptable in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift quickly.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

Experience in creating educational video content.
Knowledge of current sleep health research and DME product innovations.
