Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Lead 2–3 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
  • Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
  • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
  • Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
  • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
  • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.

Qualifications

  • $2,000 Sign On Bonus! *Remote hires not included, must be an in-office staff member.
  • Salary range: $50,000-$70,000 / year * Based on experience, and education
  • Schedule (EST): Mon 10a-6:30p;Tues 9a-6:30p; Wed 9a-9p WFH; Thurs 10a-8p;
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • An active IN behavioral health license or certification including but not limited to: CADAC II - V, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LAC, LCAC-A and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
  • Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
  • High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
  • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
  • Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
  • Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
