Position Details
- Type: On-site (Remote work unavailable)
 - Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
 - Location: Jersey City, NJ
 - Availability: Weekends may be required 
 
- Assist with the training and onboarding of new staff within the program
 - Implement individualized, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
 - Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques
 - Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff
 - Work under the supervision of a BCBA
 - Collect and record therapy session data
 - Coordinate services, staffing, and other operational changes impacting clinic services
 - Provide 1:1 and group support for students, fostering engagement and academic success
 - Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
 - Support parents and providers, connecting them to additional resources as needed
 - Maintain professionalism, composure, and tact in all interactions

 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) 
 
- Minimum 1 year of ABA experience
 - Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or current undergraduate studies in progress)
 - Valid RBT certification required
 - Prior experience in Case Management or Family Support preferred
 - Strong computer literacy and documentation skills 
 
- Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year (based on experience)
