Position Details

• Type: On-site (Remote work unavailable)
• Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Location: Jersey City, NJ
• Availability: Weekends may be required
  
  

Responsibilities

• Assist with the training and onboarding of new staff within the program
• Implement individualized, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff
• Work under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record therapy session data
• Coordinate services, staffing, and other operational changes impacting clinic services
• Provide 1:1 and group support for students, fostering engagement and academic success
• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support parents and providers, connecting them to additional resources as needed
• Maintain professionalism, composure, and tact in all interactions

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or current undergraduate studies in progress)
• Valid RBT certification required
• Prior experience in Case Management or Family Support preferred
• Strong computer literacy and documentation skills
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per year (based on experience)
